Dedrick Westbrook

Why Choose Me As Your Agent?

Hello, Quad Cities!

My name is Dedrick Westbrook, and I’m a licensed Illinois real estate agent with Keller Williams. I’m reaching out to serious buyers, sellers, and anyone involved in a real estate project.

Let me share why I became a real estate broker. Before getting licensed, I was hands-on in the industry—rehabbing distressed properties and transforming them into some of the most beautiful homes on the market. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty! I’ve also worked with property management companies, bought and sold investment properties, and even owned and operated a lawn care/landscaping business.

Through these experiences, I’ve worked with real estate agents, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, loan officers, title companies, contractors, and property preservation specialists, building strong relationships along the way.

When you work with me, you’re getting more than just a real estate agent who passed an exam—you’re getting someone who truly understands the process and how important this investment is to you. From start to finish, I’ll be there to guide you to the closing table and hand you the keys to your new home, commercial building, or land development project.

Let’s talk about your next real estate venture! Call me today.
